ACS Publications Response to Office of Science & Technology Policy RFI on Public Access Policies

On January 21, 2010, the society's Publications Division submitted to Dr. John P. Holdren, Director of the Office of Science & Technology Policy, a set of comments and recommendations in response to a request for information (RFI) on Public Access Policies that appeared in the Federal Register on December 9, 2009. The ACS Publications response had input from the ACS Office of Public Affairs and is based on the society's current policies and practices with respect to its peer-reviewed journals.
