News about Biotechnology Progress
The Publications Division of the ACS has returned its share of ownership in Biotechnology Progress to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, with whom we have co-published the journal since 1990. The final issue of Biotechnology Progress to be co-published by the ACS is Volume 24, Issue 3.  Additional information is posted on the Biotechnology Progress Web site.

The American Chemical Society Charleston Scholarship
The ACS is proud to support librarians wishing to participate in the Charleston Conference, an annual event attended by nearly 1,000 people.

Macromolecules Perspectives
Perspectives were created to convey a sense of what is new and exciting in a particular area and to provide leadership to the community by having experts offer a vision of what is important for the field to advance.

Nano-scientists can share their vision — and they might win $50
ACS Nanotation, the free online community for nano-scientists, announces the NanoVision Image Contest.

ES&T's Best Papers Awards
