Abstract:
Alkylidene indane and ring-expanded scaffolds have been prepared using an enantioselective crotylation/Heck cyclization sequence. Further
diversification using consecutive cyclopropanation-Cope rearrangement affords novel chemotypes including spiroindane frameworks.
