Collaboration: Why Participate in an Unnatural Act?

Abstract

Collaboration has been defined as "An unnatural act, performed by non-consenting adults". Although this may be true, the potential rewards for our students and ourselves are great. We need to consider why we should participate in these "unnatural acts" and some of the ways to encourage them.
