Abstract

The report of a workshop held by the ACS Committee on Professional Training, the second edition of And Gladly Teach, and a study recently released by the American Council on Education are important for all concerned with increasing diversity in the sciences and encouraging talented people of all kinds to participate in and contribute to chemistry.
