Abstract

If you were last in Boston for the ACS National Meeting in 2002, or have not been here since the meeting in 1998, you should be aware that many changes have taken place in this venerable, old city that will have an impact on your visit in August. Most of the changes are the result of the Big Dig, the multi-decade urban highway project that is the largest, most complex, and most expensive in U.S. history.
