Abstract

Chemistry-themed games and puzzles can be a useful educational tool for students to develop logic skills as well as enjoyably merge drill and practice schemes into their study of chemistry. Three chemistry sudoku logic puzzles were developed by replacing the conventional Arabic numbers used in popular puzzles with symbols relating to light science and chemistry topics.
