Abstract

This is essentially a textbook for medicinal chemistry. The material is presented such that a background in pharmacology and/or biochemistry is not required. The book is comprehensive in scope including key topics on discovery, interaction with receptors, activation and inhibition of enzymes, metabolism, and delivery systems.
