Abstract

Abstract Image

We report superconductivity in an iron-based layered oxy-pnictide LaOFeP. LaOFeP is composed of an alternate stack of lanthanum oxide (La3+O2-) and iron pnictide (Fe2+P3-) layers. Magnetic and electrical resistivity measurements verify the occurrence of the superconducting transition at 4 K.

The reaction of a primary zinc amide with a diorganozinc reagent gives a secondary amine in the presence of Fe(acac)3 as a catalyst and 1,2-dichloroisobutane (DCIB) as an oxidant. Halogen groups such as F, Cl, Br, and I are tolerated well. The dichloride ...

      Inorganic Chemistry2011 50 (21), 11046-11054

Hydrogen absorption of the CeFeSi- and CeScSi-type forms of GdTiGe was performed. Before hydrogenation they show an antiferromagnetic transition at around 412 K and a ferromagnetic transition at 376 K, respectively. Hydrogenation of both forms leads to ...
