James Norfleet is worldwide director, Oral Care Product Development, a the Colgate-Palmolive Technology Center, responsible for Colgate's Oral Care global products portfolio. He has managed the launch of Total, MCTC, and Baking Soda Peroxide formulas. He holds a B.S. degree in biological science from Morgan State University.
