Preparation and Submission of ManuscriptsThe Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry publishes fundamental and applied research papers in a broad scientific area dealing with the chemistry and biochemistry of all aspects of agriculture and food. The Journal also encourages papers combining chemistry and/or biochemistry with biological/sensory/toxicological evaluation. Contributed papers must report original research, that is, have a definable impact on the advancement of science and technology. Originality will be documented by novel experimental results, theoretical treatments, and interpretations of data. Please refer to specific instructions on formatting references for J. Agric.
