NOTE: Authors may now choose to submit their own Manuscript PDF File for use during the peer review process, or allow the system to generate a PDF automatically. [See details...] Note that there are special instructions for Preparing and Submitting Manuscripts Using TeX/LaTeX.

Preparation and Submission of Manuscripts

To facilitate peer review, authors are strongly encouraged to place each item of artwork within the text of the manuscript, close to the point where it is discussed. Optional Manuscript Templates are available for preparing manuscripts for submission as well as for preparing final, accepted manuscripts.

Effective immediately, all papers submitted must contain a Table of Contents graphic [PDF]. The graphic should be placed at the end of the word-processing file.
