About the Cover: Structure of pyocyanin biosynthetic protein PhzM from Pseudomonas aeruginosa: (left) the PhzM dimer with one subunit colored gray and one rainbow and (right) the PhzM monomer, separated by domain. PhzM is a methyltransferase that acts together with PhzS, a flavin-dependent hydroxylase, to produce pyocyanin from phenazine-1-carboxylic acid. Pyocyanin is one of many virulence factors associated with P. aeruginosa, and it is responsible for the characteristic blue color associated with P. aeruginosa. [Parsons, J. F., et al.
