About the Cover: The cover represents a rare example of a pure nanoporous organic solid that captures carbon dioxide released from power plants. A space-filling model of p-tert-butylcalix[4]dihydroquinone with two hydrophobic channels is shown. A section through one of the channels results in a tubular network with void space in yellow. For clarity, a few molecules in the tubular network were shown in stick mode. For more information, refer to “Carbon Dioxide Capture in a Self-Assembled Organic Nanochannels” by Praveen K. Thallapally, B. Peter McGrail, Jerry L. Atwood, Carmine Gaeta, Consiglia Tedesco, and Placido Neri (Chem. Mater. 2007, 19, 3355-3357).
